Our facility offers a grassy park alongside Highway 65. In addition, we are located a few blocks away from downtown Cedaredge. The park benefits from excellent traffic visibility. This area is available to rent for events such as yard sales, vendor booths, and food trucks.

Food truck and craft vendors are welcome at the facility. Please contact our office for scheduling and pricing. Electric hookups are available. Our facility provides complimentary set up of tables, chairs, and trash receptacles during food truck events.

Yard sales are scheduled by a first-come first-served basis. Tenants receive one complimentary sale per month. Non-tenants can also schedule a sale for a nominal fee. Please contact our office for pricing and availability.
